The mVT® Dovetail Service is dedicated to enhancing support for ophthalmic research and facilitating clinical trials. Patients enrolled in the Dovetail program now have the option to conduct vision assessments from the comfort of their homes by downloading and registering for the mVT® App.
The My Vision Track App (mVT®) is FDA cleared and compatible with most iPads. The testing process involves patients identifying the shape that appears different, with guessing being an acceptable approach. For optimal results, it is advisable for patients to maintain a distance of 12 to 14 inches from the device while testing, shielding one eye during the assessment. Regular testing is recommended, ideally twice per week.
